Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Design: Conceptualize and create engaging posts, stories, and reels for various platforms. - Branding & Identity: Develop and maintain consistent branding across all company assets. - Marketing Collaterals: Design print materials (brochures, flyers, business cards) and digital assets (banners, pitch decks, newsletters). - Content Support: Create eye-catching blog thumbnails and website graphics that drive engagement. - Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current design trends and recommend innovative ways to enhance our marketing strategy. Required Skills & Experience: - Experience: 12 years of professional design experience. A design portfolio is mandatory for the application. - Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Tools: Proficiency in Canva. Familiarity with Figma is a significant advantage. - Communication: Ability to receive feedback and collaborate effectively with the marketing team. - Mindset: Self-motivated, curious, and open to learning new design techniques or software. Bonus Points: - Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles for optimized designs. - Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
