Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our USA Voice Process. This role is ideal for freshers who have good English communication skills and want to build a career in the BPO / customer service industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound/inbound customer calls for USA clients
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain professional communication and service quality
• Follow call scripts, guidelines, and process requirements
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in voice process
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Male & Female both eligible
Work Schedule & Benefits
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Holidays: 2nd & 4th Saturday off
