Healthcare Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Pune. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing expert medical support and emergency response, conducting regular training sessions in healthcare practices, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The role will require proactive communication with teams to promote overall workplace wellbeing and respond to medical situations efficiently. Qualifications • Proven expertise and certification in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and Healthcare practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams • Experience in medicine and medical services, with a focus on patient care and emergency management • Ability to design and deliver healthcare and wellness training programs • Proficiency in providing on-site health-related assessments and solutions • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare-related field is preferred • Familiarity with workplace health and safety protocols is a plus
