Hiring Cinematic Video Editors and Traditional Video Editors

To creatively assemble raw video footage into engaging, high-quality final products (social media clips, marketing videos, etc.) that align with brand guidelines and project vision, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Content Assembly: Review and select best footage, cut, trim, and arrange clips into a cohesive narrative. Enhancements: Add/adjust music, sound effects, voice-overs, motion graphics, and special effects. Technical Polish: Perform color correction, improve lighting, and ensure consistent audio levels. Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and marketing teams to understand vision and incorporate feedback. Quality Control: Ensure continuity, flow, and adherence to brand standards across all edits. Formatting: Export videos in various formats and aspect ratios for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.). File Management: Organize and maintain project files and assets efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a video editor. Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm. Knowledge of graphics software (e.g., After Effects) and motion graphics is a plus. Excellent communication and time management skills. Creative eye and attention to detail.
