Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and social media design. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout, and be eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment. Responsibilities • Design social media creatives, carousels, and marketing materials • Work closely with the content and video team to create visual assets for campaigns • Assist in brand identity and visual design projects • Adapt designs across multiple formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, reels covers, etc.) • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Requirements • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva • Understanding of social media design trends • Good sense of typography, color, and composition • Ability to take feedback and improve designs quickly • A portfolio showcasing design work (academic or professional) Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory) • Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics • Experience designing Instagram carousels or reels covers • Interest in branding and advertising What You’ll Get • Work on real brands and campaigns • A collaborative and creative work environment • Opportunity to learn advertising, branding, and digital marketing
