Pay: ₹25,000.00-₹35,000.00 per month Job Description: The Senior Video Editor (On-Site) – Multilingual (English / Punjabi / Hindi) Location: Jalandhar, near the Bus stand Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can take raw footage and transform it into engaging, cinematic, and high-impact content. This is an on-site role where you'll work closely with our team to produce content across multiple formats—including reels, ads, documentary-style videos, podcasts, and long-form storytelling. No team management required. We want a hands-on creative expert who loves editing and pushes creative boundaries. What You'll Work On Short-form content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts) Long-form content (Documentary-style videos, brand stories) Podcast editing (audio + video) Motion graphics, animated elements, text animations, and dynamic transitions You Tube videos, interviews, testimonials, etc. Creative ideation and adding your own flair to enhance storytelling Quality References - _ For documentary style we are looking for this kind of quality-_ _ For podcast work, we are looking for this kind of quality-_ _ For short form we are looking for this kind of quality-_ Requirements Must understand English, Punjabi, and Hindi (content can be in any of these languages) 3+ years of professional video editing experience Expert-level skills in: Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects (for advanced motion graphics) Photoshop/Illustrator (bonus) Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, color grading, and storytelling Ability to take direction and also bring creative ideas to the table Extremely organized with file structuring and workflow Ability to work on-site full-time Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality Nice-to-Have Skills (Not mandatory but a huge plus) Experience shooting video / handling cameras Experience with DaVinci Resolve color grading Knowledge of social media trends (reels, hooks, scroll-stoppers) Basic audio mixing skills Experience with creating branded templates or motion graphics packages Who You Are You are obsessed with making content look and feel amazing You don't wait for instructions—you take initiative You can take a basic concept and turn it into something cinematic You love experimenting with cuts, effects, transitions, and sound You understand what keeps a viewer watching What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Stable long-term opportunity Creative freedom to build high-quality content A supportive environment where your talent is valued Consistent, exciting projects across multiple genres Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
