Customer Service Associate
Process – Agoda blended -voice(70%) and 30% chat.
excellent English communication +hindi language preferred.
age criteria eligible up to 32.
Job Role: -
1. Ticket booking. cancelation, Flight delays over voice.
2. Solving queries related to Refund and baggage’s.
3. Informing customers related to the flights.
Qualification: -
1. HSC / Graduate
Salary: -
1. Freshers take home In- Hand: INR 17,000 - 21000 CTC
experienced take home 21,000 in hand 25000CTC
Extra Benefits: -
1. Incentives up to INR 5,000 / month post they hit production floor depending upon performance.
2. Over Time (we pay the highest over time)
3. Employees can purchase Indigo flight tickets for themselves and their immediate family members for domestic
trips by only covering government taxes after completion of 6 months in organisation.
Shift Time & Week Off: -
5 Days working 24*7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts).
and 2 Rotational Week Off.
Transport Facility: -
Pick-up or Drop facility available (One side transport available during night shift)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
