About the job: Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Meerut Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs for various platforms, including digital and print media. You will collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and business goals. Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CoralUI, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. • Portfolio demonstrating creative and high-quality design work. • Experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns and social media content. • Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus. • Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and design creative assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. • Create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines. • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop concepts and execute design strategies. • Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to improve design quality and innovation. • Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia elements as needed. • Ensure all designs are optimized for web and print formats, considering responsiveness and usability. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and developers, to ensure high-quality production of final designs.
