Freelance Soft Skills Trainer

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY (Within 1-2 days) Approx. 1 month Project 5 days a week (4-6 hours sessions) Job location- Greater Noida We are looking for a part-time Verbal Ability and Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging and effective training sessions for college students and professionals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about communication, language learning, and personality development. You will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions that enhance learners’ verbal aptitude, grammar, presentation, interpersonal, and interview skills in alignment with campus placement and corporate readiness objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct classroom and online sessions on Verbal Ability, Communication, and Soft Skills. • Train students on GD, Interview Techniques, Resume Writing, and Corporate Etiquette. • Create or adapt content and activities suited to the learners’ level. • Evaluate students’ performance through tests, presentations, and practice tasks. • Maintain session engagement using real-world examples, discussions, and role plays. • Coordinate with academic teams for scheduling and progress tracking. Required Skills: • Excellent command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. • Strong presentation, communication, and motivational skills. • Ability to handle diverse learner groups with enthusiasm and patience. • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate or Postgraduate in English / Communication / Management / Education or related field. • Minimum 2 years of training experience in verbal ability or soft skills. • Candidates residing in Delhi NCR only Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Pay: ₹1,200.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day Work Location: In person
