📄 We are hiring Position: Regional Sales Head(5) – General Insurance 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Head who will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations across a cluster of 4–5 states (Bharat Zones). The candidate will lead a team of approximately 40–50 members, including Team Leaders and Sales Executives, and will be accountable for achieving regional sales targets in the General Insurance segment. 📍 Location Multiple locations 1.(J&K,Punjab,Haryana,Delhi,NCR,UP,Himachal Pradesh) 2.(Bihar,Jharkhand,Chattisgarh,West Bengal,Odisha) 3.(Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa) 4.(Andhra Pradesh,Karnataka,Kerala,Tamil Nadu) 5.(North East) 👥 Team Structure • Direct Reporting: Team Leaders / Sales Managers • Indirect Team: 40–50 Sales Executives (B2C & B2B) 📌 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Sales & Revenue Management • Drive regional sales targets for general insurance products • Develop and implement sales strategies for B2C & B2B segments • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance 🔹 Team Management • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 40–50 members • Ensure productivity of Team Leaders and Sales Executives • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions 🔹 Business Development • Identify new market opportunities across assigned states • Develop partnerships and B2B relationships • Expand company presence in the region 🔹 Performance Monitoring • Track KPIs such as conversion ratio, revenue, and productivity • Ensure strict adherence to targets and timelines • Implement corrective actions for underperforming teams 🔹 Compliance & Data Security • Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection norms, and compliance guidelines • Prevent misuse or leakage of client database and company information 📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Regional Revenue Target Achievement • Team Productivity (Calls / Closures) • Conversion Ratio • Team Retention, Expansion of B2B Clients 🎓 Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 3–6 years experience in Sales (Insurance preferred) • Experience in team handling (minimum 20+ members) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage multi-location teams Contact - 7300089497 or career@sugamfinancialservices.com
