Job Title Orthopaedic Dresser Location: Hospital / Clinic Experience 1–3 years of experience in orthopaedic dressing or plaster work. Job Description The Orthopaedic Dresser will assist orthopaedic doctors in patient care, including wound dressing, plaster application, and supporting minor orthopaedic procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform wound dressing for orthopaedic patients Apply and remove POP plaster, slabs, and casts Assist the orthopaedic doctor during minor procedures and treatments Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dressing instruments and the dressing room Educate patients on plaster care and wound care Maintain records of dressings and plaster procedures Provide support in emergency orthopaedic cases Required Skills Experience with POP plaster and slab application Knowledge of surgical dressing techniques Understanding of sterilization and infection control Valuable patient handling and communication skills Qualification ANM / GNM / Dresser Course / Paramedical qualification Experience working in an orthopaedic department Salary As per experience and hospital policy Working Hours As per hospital shifts or OPD timings Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: - Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: - Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
