Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Management Specialist, located in Veraval-Shapar, Rajkot. The Quality Management Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all products meet defined quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality assurance and control inspections, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. The role involves close collaboration with production teams to implement effective quality processes and resolve any issues related to product quality. Qualifications • Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and identifying quality improvement opportunities • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality management • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred) • Prior experience in the manufacturing or forging industry is an advantage
