Role Description Sunny Side Up is looking for a an HR Manager based in Bangalore to share their talents with our team. Someone with 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience with a prior stint in an advertising, creative, or fast-paced agency environment is strongly preferred. Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a 'thinking partner' and advisor to senior business leaders on people, culture, performance, and risk, translating business strategy into actionable people plans. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing, and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience to boost retention. Employee Relations & Engagement: Performance Management & Development: Drive the performance appraisal process, facilitate career management, and identify training needs to develop a high-performance culture. Partner with business units to lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HRIS data integrity, and handle payroll inputs/audits. Insights: Use HR metrics, analytics, and exit interview insights to inform retention strategies and improve policies.
