The ideal candidate should be compassionate, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Qualifications: - GNM / B.Sc. Nursing ( kerala Registration). - 3–4 years of relevant clinical experience (Emergency ,ICU and Ward). - Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in Emergency, ICU, and Ward settings. - Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. - Assist doctors during procedures and ensure proper clinical documentation. - Maintain infection control and patient safety standards. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
