Role Overview We are looking for an analytical and process-driven eCommerce Operations Manager to manage and optimize our online operations. In this role, you will work closely with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment, efficient inventory movement, and continuous improvement of operational KPIs .If you enjoy solving operational problems using data, optimizing logistics performance, and improving customer experience, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably within a D2C or online retail environment. - Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights. - Hands-on experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) or ERP platforms such as Unicommerce or Ginesys. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency. - Ability to manage logistics performance, inventory movement, and order reconciliation processes. - Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
