The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple digital and creative roles. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles such as SEO Executives, Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other effective sourcing methods. • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. • Schedule interviews and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and internal teams. • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. • Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards. • Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in adigital marketing agency. • Good understanding of digital marketing and creative roles. • Experience in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn. • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. • Excellent follow-up and coordination skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Experience hiring for agencies or startups. • Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
