About the Role:
Support Enhancers is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing live Google Ads campaigns and delivering measurable results.
We are looking for someone who understands strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting — not just campaign setup. If you are analytical, proactive, and focused on performance improvement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads (Primary Focus)
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy aligned with campaign objectives.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Monitor daily performance and provide structured performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and campaign settings.
• Manage and audit conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager required).
• Identify scaling opportunities and implement growth strategies.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective measures.
SEO (Secondary Focus)
• Support on-page and technical SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in improving website rankings and organic traffic.
• Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console for insights.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to improve performance metrics and scale campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to explain campaign strategy and optimization decisions clearly.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
