Data Analyst Intern (Hybrid)

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support our reporting function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and sharing reports with relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Also, will be automating daily tasks using AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities • Collect and organise data from various sources. • Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per defined formats. • Ensure timely sharing of reports with respective internal/external stakeholders. • Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data sources. • Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and improve existing dashboards. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all reported data. • Adhere to timelines allocated by the team. Requirements • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts) • Good understanding of data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces is a plus Learning Opportunities • Direct mentorship from the Operations Manager on strategic planning and decision-making. • Exposure to managing multiple D2C client accounts and varied operational challenges. • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (Slack workflows, Google Sheets automations, reporting dashboards). • Training in process documentation, quality assurance, and client-facing communications.
