US On-Call Support / Healthcare Scheduler (Customer Service) | 4 Openings | Night Shift Company: SureStaff India Pvt Ltd Work Mode: Remote (1 day onsite per month) – Only Hyderabad-based candidates Shift: US Night Shift (Rotational) Office Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Vasavi SkyCity) SureStaff India Pvt Ltd is hiring US On-Call Support Specialists (Healthcare Scheduler / Customer Service) to support leading US healthcare staffing clients. This role involves handling scheduling coordination between healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals. Key Notes • Internally this role is referred to as a US Healthcare Scheduler • Training will be provided from scratch for the scheduling workflow • Candidates with experience in US call center, customer service, or soft-skills training roles are encouraged to apply • Remote role with 1 mandatory onsite day per month • Only local Hyderabad candidates accepted (no relocation) Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls from healthcare facility managers and healthcare professionals • Manage shift updates, last-minute schedule changes, overtime (OT), double time (DT), and urgent shift coverage • Coordinate between healthcare staff and facility schedulers • Update and track activities in internal scheduling systems / tracking tools • Ensure timely communication and resolution of scheduling issues Requirements • Minimum 6 months experience in US night shift customer service / call center • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced scheduling environment • Comfortable working in rotational shifts including weekends Note: This is a 5-day work week, but shifts may sometimes include Saturday or Sunday, with weekday offs provided accordingly.
