Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Digital Sales to manage customer relationships, drive online sales growth, and enhance customer engagement through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving digital revenue targets through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through digital platforms (email, WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries, etc.).
• Handle inbound and outbound digital sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Monitor customer interactions in CRM software and ensure accurate data management.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and customer engagement tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management or digital sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and online sales processes.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
