About the Company: We are a fast-growing healthcare organization operating two dynamic brands: SurgiPartner: A trusted healthcare concierge service that connects patients with top doctors, managing their entire surgery journey from consultation to discharge. Primebridge Health: A leading distributor importing advanced medical technology and machines (like the Cryo-S and Swing 1470) to equip hospitals and clinics across India. Job Overview: We are looking for a confident, articulate, and highly presentable individual to become the official "Brand Face" for our digital platforms. Your primary role will be to shoot daily short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, and informative clips) that build immense trust, loyalty, and awareness among our two main audiences: patients and medical professionals. Roles & Responsibilities: Daily Video Production: Present and shoot daily short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) for both SurgiPartner and Primebridge Health. Brand Representation: Act as the trustworthy, empathetic, and professional face of the company, simplifying healthcare concepts for the general public and introducing medical technology to doctors. Content Delivery: Deliver unscripted or lightly scripted talking-head videos with natural energy, excellent body language, and clear articulation. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative team to brainstorm daily video hooks, trends, and educational topics. Who We Are Looking For: Camera Comfort: Exceptional on-camera presence. You should not look nervous or overly "rehearsed" while speaking to a lens. Language Skills: Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory. You must be able to switch between professional English (for B2B Primebridge videos) and comforting, natural Telugu (for B2C SurgiPartner videos). Vibe/Aura: You must exude empathy, maturity, and trust. Our audience includes worried patients and busy doctors, so a calm and professional demeanor is critical. Background: Previous experience in anchoring, journalism, content creation, or corporate presentations is highly preferred. A background or basic understanding of healthcare is a big plus.
