Job Title: Vertical Head – Hotel Vertical
Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-site)
Salary: ₹8–12 LPA (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

As we scale our hospitality portfolio, we are looking for a Vertical Head – Hotel Vertical to
lead and expand our presence across hotel chains, boutique properties, and hospitality
developers.
Role Objective
To build, lead, and scale the Hotel Vertical nationally by acquiring marquee hotel projects,
managing strategic hospitality accounts, and driving consistent high-value revenue growth.
This role involves both strategic leadership and active business development
ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Business Ownership
● Drive monthly revenue targets of ₹20–₹35 lakhs from hotel projects.
● Build a quarterly and annual hospitality growth roadmap.
● Ensure sustainable revenue from new acquisitions and repeat hotel clients.
2. Strategic Account Acquisition
● Develop relationships with:
○ Hotel chains
○ Hospitality developers
○ Procurement heads
○ Project heads
○ Hotel design consultants & PMCs
● Onboard 2–4 large hotel accounts or high-value projects per quarter.
3. Project Pipeline Management
● Maintain a live pipeline of 40+ active hospitality projects.
● Track projects from concept design to execution and final billing.
● Ensure early-stage product specifications in hotel BOQs.
4. Tender & Large Project Handling
● Manage hospitality tenders and bulk procurement negotiations.
● Lead commercial negotiations for high-ticket projects.
● Secure preferred vendor status with hotel groups.
5. Team Leadership
● Build and manage a Hotel Vertical sales team (if applicable).
● Set targets, review weekly performance, and ensure execution discipline.
● Mentor team members in project sales and high-value negotiations.
6. Collaboration & Execution Alignment
● Work closely with:
○ Design Team
○ Production Team
○ Operations & Installation
● Ensure timely delivery aligned with hotel opening timelines.
● Maintain strong post-order relationship management.
7. Market Intelligence & Expansion
● Track upcoming hotel launches, renovations, and hospitality investments.
● Identify expansion opportunities in Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.
● Monitor competitor specifications and pricing benchmarks.
8. Reporting & Governance
● Maintain CRM discipline and structured forecasting.
● Share monthly revenue projections and pipeline health reports with leadership.
● Drive conversion ratio above 30% for hospitality projects.
Who You Are
● Graduate/Postgraduate with 7–12 years of experience in hospitality project sales.
● Strong network within hotel groups, hospitality consultants, and developers.
● Proven experience closing ₹20L+ monthly revenue in project-based environments.
● Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
● Experience handling large-scale BOQs and multi-location projects.
● Comfortable with travel across India for hospitality business development.
