Known for its playful and inventive fusion cuisine, the restaurant combines locally sourced ingredients with diverse cooking techniques. Suzie's offers a menu that evolves with the Goan seasons, changing four to five times a year to reflect fresh and seasonal produce. Complementing the vibrant food are meticulously crafted cocktails, each a testament to passion and creativity. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress at our award-winning restaurant in North Goa. The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the dining area is clean and organized. Collaboration with the culinary team will be essential to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage warmly and professionally with guests. • Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency. • An understanding or interest in Cooking and local and international cuisine adds a valuable edge. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-energy and a positive attitude. • Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is an advantage. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
