Telecaller ( Finance Sector)

Role & Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers. • Understand and assess loan requirements. • Explain financial products and documentation. • Handle queries and guide customers. • Maintain CRM records accurately. • Meet daily and monthly targets. • Ensure full compliance with financial guidelines. What We're Looking For • Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduation preferred). • Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, sales, or finance. • Fluent English Communication (Must). • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage. • Target-driven and proactive attitude.
