Position: Food & Beverage Operations Manager (Reporting to GM) Company: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden Property: Location: 5-star Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Salary: Rs. 6.0 lacs p.a. base package + Rs.6.0 lacs p.a. performance-linked incentives Key Responsibilities: • Oversee food & beverage business of the hotel -- operations, financials, people & processes • Develop and implement strategies to achieve F&B revenue goals and control operational expenses • Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring staff members deliver exceptional service • Maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation by ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and delivering personalized guest services • Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly, striving to exceed their expectations Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum 10 years experience in the hotel industry with at least 5 years F&B leadership experience • Strong financial acumen and proven ability to work within budgetary constraints • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management • Dynamic, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving and decision-making • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred If you are a dynamic and experienced hotel professional with a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Svenska Design Hotel, Kakianda.
