Apply Now SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER ( REACT/RAILS ) Apply Now COUNTRY Turkey FORMAT Remote Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Rails) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Turkey. Our client is a leading global provider that gathers information and reports to enhance the environmental and social impacts on the business. Overlap till 21:00 - 22:00 TR time is required. Tech Stack: • Frontend: React/Typescript, Material UI • Backend: Ruby-on-Rails, Sidekiq • DB: PostgreSQL, Redis • CI/CD: GitHub Actions, rspec, jest • Infrastructure: Heroku REQUIREMENTS • 5+ years of experience in React with Typescript, familiarity with Ruby on Rails • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Skills to plan, track, and ensure timely delivery • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within squads • Bonus: Backend development experience outside of rails or ruby RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and maintain applications collaborating within cross-functional squads: engineers, designers, product managers • Actively participate in squad meetings to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines • Ensure smooth UX, performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, leveraging cross-functional expertise to address complex challenges • Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and contribute to improving code quality and test automation within a team-oriented environment • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and foster a culture where everyone can learn and grow together • Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web development, sharing knowledge Requirementsand insights with cross-functional teams to drive innovation WE OFFER • US and EU projects based on advanced technologies. • Well-established remote culture and flexible working hours. • Regular performance appraisals to support your growth. • Competitive compensation in USD gross based on skills and experience. • B2B contract with Svitla Systems Inc.
