Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Healthcare RCM Expert specializing in insurance verification, prior authorization, and billing. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as processing insurance claims, coordinating prior authorizations, verifying insurance information, and managing billing operations. Interns will also handle customer inquiries related to healthcare reimbursement and provide professional communication to ensure a seamless process. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Insurance, Insurance Verification, and Insurance Brokerage • Understanding of Finance principles relevant to healthcare reimbursement and billing • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage responsibilities independently • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools is an advantage • Strong organizational and analytical skills
