Computer Service Technician

Required Skills • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Willingness to travel for service (if required) Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues • Install and configure operating systems (Windows) • Install and update software applications • Troubleshoot printer and peripheral device issues • Assemble and disassemble computer systems • Replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.) • Provide on-site and in-house technical support • Maintain service records and job sheets • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery Educational Qualification • 10th Pass / 12th Pass • ITI (Computer Hardware / Electronics) • Diploma in Computer Hardware / Electronics / IT Experience • Fresher can apply • 0–3 years of experience in computer hardware servicing preferred Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
