Online Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: · 5 to 8 years of expereince in Digital marketing Oversee the website, product listings, promotions, and platform hygiene. · Lead the customer support, dispatch, and packing teams. · Ensure every order is packed correctly and shipped on time. · Review CRM interactions daily and drive improvements in conversion, repeat purchase, and customer satisfaction. · Work closely with stores for stock allocation, click-and-collect, and store-to-store transfers. · Track sales metrics, returns, NPS, and operational SLAs.
