As an Accounts cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative and office support functions. Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense statements.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (returns, filings, documentation).
- Coordinate with Head Office for Accounting purposes.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Handle vendor management, purchase orders, and office supplies.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Support payroll processing and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with service providers (IT, housekeeping, utilities, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
