About the role The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support true-ups and renewals within a Managed Services program. This role is responsible for building dashboards, generating insights, ensuring data accuracy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights • Gather, clean, and prepare datasets from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. • Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and opportunities. • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights that support business goals. • Conduct ad-hoc and exploratory analysis for leadership and operational teams. Reporting & Dashboarding • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce. • Automate recurring reporting processes and ensure data freshness. • Produce executive-ready visualizations with clear, compelling narratives. Data Quality Management • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems. • Perform data normalization, deduplication, and error remediation. • Identify data gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement fixes. • Ensure timely completion of true-ups and renewals. Tools, Modeling & Process Improvement • Develop queries, scripts, and models in Excel. • Contribute to statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. • Enhance reporting processes and support data governance best practices. Required Qualifications • 2–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. • Reporting experience, especially to C-level executives. • Ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences. • Native English Speaker - a must. • Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA (Macros) Core Competencies • Analytical problem-solving • Data storytelling • Attention to detail • Technical proficiency • Business acumen • Communication & presentation skills • Cross-functional collaboration • Continuous improvement mindset Sycomp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
