Assistant Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities Candidate Will be responsible for Coordination related to production/logistics, ensuring quality/compliance (cGMP, documentation), managing supply chain (vendors, orders, exports), reporting on metrics (production, delays), and improving processes, all while handling daily admin/liaison for smooth business flow in areas like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Order Management. Candidate will be responsible for procurement/sourcing of materials , manage vendors, and track deliveries. Candidate will be responsible for process improvement of Analyze production/ordered data to find & implement ways to boost productivity/delivery and cut costs. Candidate will be responsible for Business Development Support of Assist with marketing campaigns, identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and conduct market analysis. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with B.Pharma. 8+ yrs. of experience in Coordination related production/logistics, ensuring quality/compliance (cGMP, documentation), managing supply chain (vendors, orders, exports), reporting on metrics (production, delays), and improving processes, all while handling daily admin/liaison for smooth business flow in areas like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Order Management. Candidate should have good in reporting & compliance of Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and ensure activities comply with healthcare regulations. Candidate should have good understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements. Candidate should have good in operational support of Coordinate with production/dispatch, manage documentation, and support new product development/branding efforts. Candidate should have good in issue resolution as first contact for queries, address discrepancies, and escalate critical issues.
