About the Role We are hiring Remote Voice Support Specialists and Email/Non-Voice Support Specialists to provide world-class customer support for our US-based clients. This is a contract position ideal for professionals who are fluent in English, comfortable working night shifts, and capable of delivering high-quality support from home.
