Freshers | International Voice Process | Night Shift

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals (Freshers & Experienced) Business Development Associates (BDA) to drive international sales via outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sharp sales mindset. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching services, while working with a motivated team in a performance-driven setting. Key Responsibilities: Call potential international clients to explain our services. Build good relationships by understanding the client's needs and offering the right solutions. Follow up regularly with leads and keep records updated. Handle client questions and concerns confidently. Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and happy clients after the sale. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates in international voice process/sales/customer service are preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
