Telecommunication Coordinator

The Telecommunication Tower Coordinator is responsible for managing telecom tower operations, site coordination, maintenance activities, and liaison with telecom operators and vendors to ensure uninterrupted network services. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom tower equipment. • Liaise with telecom operators such as Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, and Vodafone Idea for site access, upgrades, and issue resolution. • Monitor diesel levels, electricity supply, and DG (Diesel Generator) functioning at tower sites. • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of tower equipment. • Maintain site documentation including agreements, NOCs, and compliance certificates. • Coordinate with field engineers and vendors for smooth execution of work. • Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime. • Prepare and submit daily/weekly site status reports. Required Qualifications: • Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field. • 2–3 years of experience in telecom tower operations.. • Familiarity with safety standards and site compliance requirements. • Good coordination and communication skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience in multi-site coordination. • Knowledge of statutory approvals and local authority liaison. • Ability to handle field operations and vendor management.
