We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can help us execute compelling visual content for brand communication, social media, and marketing campaigns. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling static and motion content that aligns with Syncere’s premium brand identity. The role requires a strong understanding of design aesthetics, social media content creation, and short-form video editing . Graphic Design Design high-quality social media creatives, carousels, banners, and marketing materials Create brand-aligned visual assets for Instagram, website, presentations, and digital campaigns Assist in designing brand books, catalogues, packaging mockups, and marketing collaterals Maintain visual consistency with Syncere’s luxury brand identity Video Editing Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, ads, and marketing campaigns Work with raw footage to create engaging, high-quality brand videos Add transitions, music, subtitles, motion graphics, and effects Optimize video formats for social media performance AI & Creative Tools Use AI tools for image generation and creative ideation Experiment with new design tools and creative workflows Support content planning and execution for brand storytelling Manage multiple creative deliverables while maintaining deadlines Design & Editing Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Experience with Canva or similar design platforms Video Editing Short-form video editing expertise (Reels / TikTok / Shorts style) Motion graphics and transitions Sound syncing and storytelling through video Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as: Other AI-based design and video tools Understanding of social media content trends Strong visual aesthetic and attention to details Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or video editing Degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) A strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
