Full-Stack Java & Angular Developer

Job Summary Synechron is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Java & Angular Developer to lead the development of scalable, secure, and responsive enterprise web applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate backend services with dynamic, user-friendly front-end interfaces. Your contributions will support digital transformation initiatives, improve system performance, and enable seamless user experiences across various business domains. Software Requirements Required: Extensive experience with Java (version 8+) and Spring Boot / J2EE (5 years) for backend development Hands-on experience with Angular (version 10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS for frontend development (5+ years) Proficiency with RESTful API design and consumption Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with version control systems: Git Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Preferred: Experience with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure) Familiarity with front-end component libraries such as Angular Material or PrimeNG Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Overall Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications supporting enterprise operations Develop scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services in Java (Spring Boot) Build responsive front-end interfaces utilizing Angular, TypeScript, and modern UI standards Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the entire stack Conduct code reviews, optimize code, and implement best practices for maintainability and security Support deployment, environment setup, and automation processes in CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and high availability Document architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures for efficient maintenance and compliance Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages (Essential): Java (version 8+), Spring Boot, J2EE TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) Frameworks & Libraries: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA Angular, Angular Material or PrimeNG (preferred) REST API, microservices design Databases & Data Management: SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB (preferred) Cloud & Containers: AWS or Azure cloud platforms (basic knowledge) Docker, Kubernetes (preferred) DevOps & Automation: CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Version control: Git Security & Best Practices: Secure API development, data encryption, and application security standards Experience Requirements 5 years of full-stack Java and Angular application development Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable web services Experience supporting enterprise applications within regulated or large-scale environments Familiarity with cloud deployment, containerization, and CI/CD processes Industry experience in finance, banking, or related fields is advantageous Day-to-Day Activities Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications aligned with business requirements Design and optimize backend APIs and microservices in Java Build interactive and responsive front-end components with Angular and TypeScript Collaborate with teams on requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews Support deployment and automation tasks, maintaining CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot system issues, enhance security, and improve application performance Document system architecture, APIs, UI components, and deployment processes Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospective reviews Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-scale full-stack Java and Angular applications Knowledge of cloud-native deployment models and container orchestration (preferred) Certifications such as AWS or Azure Developer are a plus Professional Competencies Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in full-stack environments Effective communication for stakeholder collaboration and technical documentation Leadership qualities to guide best practices and mentor junior developers Adaptability to evolving technologies, industry standards, and project scopes Focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions SYNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
