Duration : Full Time Location : Hyderabad 4 Days In Office & 1 Day Remote Hybrid Work JD Required qualifications include: Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager / Technical Architect Experience: 15+ Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Detailed Architecture Data Flow Microservices Kafka Synchronous & Asynchronous We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager / Technical Architect who has successfully managed multiple development teams and possesses deep technical expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Angular . The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor teams, define architecture, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple cross-functional engineering teams across projects • Define and own application architecture and technical roadmap • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Angular • Oversee end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, security, and scalability • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders • Conduct technical reviews, mentor senior engineers, and build high-performing teams • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure predictable delivery • Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements Technical Skills Required • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript • Expertise in GraphQL (schema design, resolvers, performance optimization) • Extensive experience with Angular (v15 or above) • Experience in designing microservices and scalable backend systems • Strong understanding of REST APIs, security, and authentication mechanisms • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Leadership & Management Skills • Proven experience managing multiple teams simultaneously • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management capabilities • Experience in stakeholder management and client communication • Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 15+ years of overall software development experience • Prior experience in Engineering Manager, Technical Architect, or similar leadership roles Nice to Have • Experience with large-scale enterprise or SaaS platforms • Exposure to performance tuning and system optimization • Experience working in global delivery models
