1. Enterprise Sales Specialist– Product sales (B2B Sass) Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru Experience: 2–6 years Qualification: BMS / MBA (preferred) Role Overview: The Enterprise Sales Specialist – Product will drive growth for SynRadar’s cybersecurity and GRC platforms by owning the end-to-end enterprise product sales cycle. This role focuses on proactive demand generation, consultative selling, product positioning, and closing high-value enterprise deals. You will work closely with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, and compliance leaders to position SynRadar as a strategic technology partner for cyber governance and digital trust. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth • Drive enterprise product sales for SynRadar’s cybersecurity and GRC platforms. • Convert sales-qualified enterprise leads into revenue by leading solution positioning, client engagement, commercial structuring, and deal execution. • Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs for IT Managers, InfoSec teams, CISOs, and CXOs. • Engage with inbound and outbound leads and ensure consistent follow-ups until closure. • Create and contribute to product marketing content such as presentations, case studies, brochures, and thought leadership material. Partnerships & Brand Building • Build and manage partnerships with MSSPs, system integrators, IT audit firms, and consulting partners. • Foster co-selling and alliance-driven revenue models. • Represent SynRadar at cybersecurity forums, industry events, and client conferences. CRM & Reporting • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline tracking. • Provide regular reporting on leads, conversions, deal status, and revenue metrics. Required Skills & Experience • 2-6 years of experience in IT B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software. • Proven track record in enterprise deal closures and pipeline management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in high-growth environments.
