As a Training Coordinator for the TN RIGHTS Project supported by the World Bank and Govt. of Tamil Nadu, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for OSC staff, therapeutic professionals, and home care providers - Design TNA methodology, tools, data collection, and conduct multi-district assessments - Analyze quantitative & qualitative data and prepare TNA reports with recommendations - Develop training strategy, competency frameworks, learning pathways, and delivery models (in-person/blended/digital) - Support curriculum and module design with subject matter experts and field validation - Coordinate with state/district officials, OSC teams, caregivers, PwDs, academia, and development partners - Manage documentation, reporting, stakeholder consultations, and project presentations Qualifications required for this position include: - Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health, Disability Rehabilitation, Development Studies, Psychology, Statistics, Research, or Therapeutic disciplines - Minimum 8 years of experience in training programs, TNA, research, disability/health/development sector - Strong skills in research methods, data analysis, survey tools, M&E, and training frameworks - Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and disability rehabilitation is preferred Additional details about the company, T&M Services Consulting Private Limited, were not provided in the job description.
