The Physics Foundation Teacher is responsible for building strong conceptual understanding in Physics for students of Classes VI–X, preparing them for higher secondary academics and competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET. The role focuses on strengthening fundamentals, numerical problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and scientific reasoning through structured foundation training aligned with CBSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Delivery • Teach Physics foundation curriculum for Classes VI–X. • Build strong basics in Mechanics, Heat, Light, Sound, Electricity, and basic Modern Physics concepts. • Align classroom teaching with NCERT while integrating competitive-level applications. • Prepare structured lesson plans with weekly and monthly academic targets. • Use demonstrations, experiments, and real-life examples to simplify abstract concepts. 2. Competitive Exam Orientation • Introduce JEE/NEET foundation-level numericals and concept-based problems. • Train students in analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. • Conduct regular practice tests, worksheets, and topic-wise assessments. • Guide students for Olympiads, NTSE, and other competitive exams. 3. Student Assessment & Monitoring • Conduct periodic tests and evaluate performance data. • Identify slow learners and provide remedial coaching. • Provide advanced problem sets for high-performing students. • Maintain performance tracking sheets and academic records. 4. Practical & Laboratory Integration • Coordinate and conduct practical demonstrations. • Ensure laboratory safety and proper equipment usage. • Integrate theory with hands-on activities wherever applicable. 5. Classroom Management • Maintain discipline and a focused academic environment. • Encourage curiosity, questioning, and logical reasoning. • Promote interactive learning and application-based discussions. 6. Academic & Parent Coordination • Participate in PTMs and communicate student progress effectively. • Collaborate with Maths and Chemistry faculty for integrated foundation planning. • Attend academic meetings, training sessions, and curriculum discussions. • Prepare and maintain question banks, worksheets, and assessment materials. Qualification & Eligibility: • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physics. • B.Ed. (Preferred as per CBSE norms). • 2–5 years of teaching experience in Physics (Foundation/CBSE). • Experience in JEE/NEET foundation or Olympiad training preferred. Key Skills Required: • Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity. • Excellent numerical problem-solving ability. • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. • Effective classroom management skills. • Strong communication skills (English proficiency mandatory). • Analytical skills to evaluate student performance. Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Improvement in student assessment scores. • Student participation in Olympiads and competitive exams. • Completion of syllabus as per academic calendar. • Quality of worksheets and test papers prepared. • Positive feedback from students and parents. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
