Summary We are looking for atalented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to create engaging and high-quality reels for social media to craft stunning visuals across web, social media, email, and digital ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, motion graphics, and visual aesthetics to craft eye-catching content that aligns with brand objectives. Key Responsibilities Design Creation: Develop visually stunning and effective digital campaigns for a variety of platforms, including social media, email campaigns, display ads, and other digital media. Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all channels. Creative Brand Reels : Edit and produce short-form creative reels for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Design motion graphics, visual effects, and engaging transitions to enhance video content Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and brand strategists to bring creative ideas to life. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to projects. Feedback Integration: Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet deadlines and project requirements. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the design team. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred) Software Skills · Adobe Creative Suite · Photoshop · Illustrator · InDesign · Motion Graphics . After Effects · AI Preferred Skills Excellent typography, color theory and layout skills. Ability to create visually compelling designs that meet marketing and business objectives. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
