We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) to design, build, and scale high-quality mobile applications using React Native with deep native platform integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, TypeScript, mobile architecture, and production-grade native module integration. You will ensure polished user experiences, app performance, and reliability across both iOS and Android platforms. Mandatory Skillsets (Non-Negotiable) 1️⃣ React Native & TypeScript Expertise • Strong hands-on experience building production apps with React Native • Expert in TypeScript and modern React patterns (hooks, composition, state management) • Experience with React Navigation (stack & tab flows) • Performance optimization for mobile (rendering, startup, memory, battery) • Debugging JS errors, crashes, and performance bottlenecks 2️⃣ Native Platform Integration • iOS: Swift / Objective-C bridging, CocoaPods dependency management • Android: Kotlin / Java bridging, Gradle build configuration • Implement and maintain custom native modules and bridges • Integrate platform APIs: Camera, biometrics, file system, geolocation • Handle push notifications, messaging, deep links, and app states 3️⃣ Mobile App Architecture & Performance • Design and maintain scalable mobile app architecture • Implement high-performance UI interactions and animations (React Native Reanimated) • Manage app lifecycle, background execution, and offline-first strategies • Ensure security best practices (secure storage, auth tokens, device constraints) • CI/CD for mobile: automated builds, signing, staged rollouts 4️⃣ Analytics, Monitoring & Production Readiness • Experience with crash reporting and monitoring (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry) • Profiling and optimization for performance and memory • Implement unit, integration, and E2E tests • Release readiness: versioning, rollout planning, hotfix strategy, app store compliance Key Responsibilities • Design and develop robust mobile features using React Native + TypeScript • Build and maintain scalable app navigation patterns • Integrate native code and platform APIs, ensuring reliability and performance • Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption • Implement push notifications, messaging flows, and deep linking • Conduct debugging, crash analysis, and implement fixes • Write and maintain automated tests across layers • Ensure app release readiness and compliance with store guidelines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, product, and QA Ideal Candidate Profile • 4+ years of professional mobile development experience • Strong React Native & TypeScript expertise in production apps • Hands-on iOS and Android native module integration experience • Solid understanding of mobile performance, app lifecycle, and security • Experience with CI/CD, analytics, and crash reporting tools • Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-focused
