Experience: 13 – 16 Years Location: Pune (Hybrid, 3 weeks WFH and 1 week WFO) Role: US Healthcare Operations Manager (Afternoon/Night shifts) We are looking for expertise in US health care and employee benefits process, along with strong leadership experience in MNC/Insurance/BPO/KPO environments to join our MNC client company. Key Skills Required ✔ 13+ years of experience with leading Operations teams. ✔ Strong exposure to US Health care and employee benefits. ✔ Current Designation should be Manager/senior Manager only. ✔ Experience managing large teams with 100+ members. ✔ Excellent communication Skills. Key Responsibilites: ✔ Drive operations KPI's including Productivity, Quality,SLA, Attrition control and process improvement. ✔ Patner with stakeholders. ✔ Develop team Capability through L&D and performance Management. ✔ Deliver Operational reporting and insights to leadership. ✔ Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
