Candidate must have 15+ years’ experience in knits garment sector, Strong exposure to Domestic and Export buyers and compliance audits, Deep understanding of AQL, inline inspection, end-line, and final audits, Hands-on experience with T-shirts, polos, knit tops, sweatshirts etc. Candidate must handle own end-to-end quality across fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch—ensuring zero-defect output, audit readiness, and consistent buyer satisfaction for international and domestic brands.
