About the job: Position Overview We are seeking dynamic, science-driven Sales Representatives and a Regional Manager (South Zone) to join our growing team. The selected candidates will promote cutting-edge oncology diagnostic tests and services tohealthcare professionals, including medical oncologists, oncology nurses, and clinical coordinators. The role involves travel within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Promote and disseminate clinical information on oncology diagnostic tests to healthcareprofessionals. Achieve sales growth and exceed territory sales targets. Develop and execute territory business plans based on market trends and analysis. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, patients, and Advance Medilinks customer serviceteam for logistics and support. Provide scientific and economic insights to healthcare institutions and oncology practices Enhance the companys visibility and reputation in leading cancer centres and academicinstitutions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional colleagues. Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preference will be given to candidates with B.Pharm / M.Pharmqualifications. Preferred Qualifications & Skills 24 years of experience in oncology or diagnostic sales. MBA / Masters degree preferred. Strong scientific understanding and ability to explain complex clinical studies. Proven sales success and leadership record. Strategic thinking and account-based selling approach. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Adaptability to new products and disease areas.
