Role Overview
As a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Workforce Analytics Analyst at Talentstra, you will act as a strategic consultant for our North American clients. You will manage the technical nuances of US/Canada total rewards while executing high-impact workforce analytics assignments. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between Indian-based operations and North American regulatory and market standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. North American C&B Operations
• Partnering with Client to analyse the Comp data in terms of Compa ratio. Work with team to recommend pay structures and remedial actions
2. Assignment-Based Workforce Analytics
• Labor Cost Modeling: Conduct project-based assignments to model the 'Total Cost of Ownership' for expanding teams into new US/Canada states/provinces (tax nexus, localized benefits, and mandatory insurance).
• Diversity & Equity Audits: Execute Pay Equity Analyses to identify and rectify gender or race-based wage gaps for client workforces.
• Turnover & Retention Modeling: Analyze client turnover trends and correlate them with compensation levels to provide data-backed retention strategies.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Create 'Executive Ready' dashboards for North American HR Leaders, focusing on metrics like Revenue per FTE and Attrition Risk.

Experience
2+ years in HR, with at least 1 year focused on US/Canada C&B.
Technical Stack
Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros), Power BI/Tableau
Optional Compliance Knowledge
Familiarity with US W-2/1099 distinctions and Canadian T4/T4A reporting.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written English; ability to present complex data to North American stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Work Hours
Willingness to work in shifts that overlap significantly with EST or PST time zones.
