Job Title: HR Executive – QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Restaurant Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities for our QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Restaurant operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and supporting outlet staff to ensure smooth workforce management across locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet staff such as Kitchen Staff, Delivery Executives, Shift Managers, and Store Managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local hiring drives.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain manpower planning for multiple outlets/cloud kitchens.
2. Onboarding & Induction
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Ensure documentation and joining formalities are completed.
• Coordinate training for new hires.
3. HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and attendance tracking.
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Handle employee queries and HR support.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
• Conduct engagement activities and feedback sessions.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Support initiatives to reduce attrition in store/kitchen staff.
5. Compliance & Policies
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Implement company HR policies across outlets.
• Maintain employee files and statutory documentation.
6. Performance Management
• Assist in performance reviews for store/kitchen staff.
• Track KPIs and employee performance reports.
Required Skills
• Experience in high-volume hiring for frontline staff.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets / locations.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• Prior experience in QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Restaurant / Hospitality industry.
• Experience handling blue-collar workforce recruitment.
