Senior Executive – Accounts (Immediate Joiner) Position: Senior Executive – Accounts Department: Finance & Accounts Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Paras Dews, Sector 106, Gurugram Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST and TDS filings, and supporting financial reporting and audits. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end accounting operations including sales, purchase, journal, payment, and receipt entries - Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally / ERP systems - Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns within statutory deadlines - Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations - Review invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance - Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, financial statements, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance - Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits - Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost allocations - Ensure compliance with taxation laws and accounting standards - Provide timely financial reports and analysis to management Key Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance - Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST Portal - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax - High attention to detail and analytical ability - Good communication and coordination skills Educational Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent - 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,029.20 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
