E-Commerce Executive (Product Listing)

Job Summary We are looking for adetail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in managing product listings on online marketplaces. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, cataloging, and marketplace management on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Knowledge of AI image creation tools for product images and creatives will be an added advantage. The role requires strong attention to detail, data management, and coordination to ensure accurate and optimized product listings. Key Responsibilities • Create and manage product listings and cataloging on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. • Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications. • Use AI tools to create or enhance product images and creatives for listings. • Upload and update product details, pricing, and inventory on marketplace portals. • Ensure correct category mapping and error-free product catalog management. • Maintain accurate product data and resolve listing-related issues on seller portals. • Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, and stock updates. • Monitor product listing performance and competitor products. • Support in managing basic promotions, offers, and discounts on marketplaces. • Generate reports related to product listings and performance. Required Skills • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. • Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and SKU creation. • Experience with AI image creation tools for product images and creatives (such as Canva AI or similar tools). • Basic knowledge of Excel for product data management and reporting. • Understanding of SEO for product listings is an advantage. • Good attention to detail and time management skills. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 2 years of experience in E-commerce product listing or marketplace management.
